Hi: Cosmologically "c" is closely tied to the mass of the universe. If the mass changes, so does "c"...but if the mass of the universe changes more than just a hair, the universe becomes uninhabitable. The photon universe does not communicate at the speed of light, it communicates instantly, for time as we perceive it ceases to pass at the speed of light. (action at a distance) Photons are not mass less in an Einsteinian universe, nor is the mass of an Einsteinian universe infinite. Regards, Sam Cox |
