Hi:

Can we "see" singularity? No, but we can see the effect singularity has on energy concentrations nearby. In 4-D, the Graviton concept is perfectly viable, just as the "Higgs Boson" is a viable concept.

All we need are enough electron volts to disturb the matrix of space time enough to make them become particulate from our frame of reference in 4-D. Cosmic reality is very different...see my brief note on the Higgs Field.
