Hi:

The detection of a possible minor variation in the measured speed of light has been in the news recently.

In the geometric 7D universe light speed is a frame of reference phenomenon. We observe light to "move" only when we observe reality from 4D event horizon surfaces.

Two things make the "speed" of light constant. These two things are:

1. The finite, but unchanging mass of the universe.

2. A constant observing frame of reference in scale on 4D event horizon surfaces.

Our frame in a GR universe is by definition, invariant... unchanging. Therefore, since the mass of the universe is a constant, the speed of light is measured by us to be constant (to better than 10 decimal places). However, in the geometric universe, since we can observe within several orders of magnitude of our frame, it is possible that when we observe the universe in extremely remote locations where the "size" of space time relative to ourselves is different, (relative to ourselves) we might detect small variations in the speed of light.

AUTHORS NOTES:

#1. We must assume there are topological and mathematical relationships among the universal mass, 10 to the 60th KG, proper time within the system (somewhat less than one Earth second- relates to "Inflation"), the extent of observed cosmological space/ time (cosmic radius10 to the 40th CM/ .60BY), the observed speed of light from our frame at (2.99X10 to the 8th M/Sec) and the location of our frame above the cosmic abyss (10 to the minus 33rd CM.)

#2. The description below will sound not only counterintuitive, but crazy to those not familiar with GR and electrical engineering. However, I want to assure the reader that not only does the following make sense; this brief description is the ONLY way General Relativity, in all its veracity, can cosmologically be interpreted.

One brief example: an understanding of "proper" and "remote" time in GR DEMANDS a two sphere geometry for any cosmology in which the observer is significant. In addition, Many other important facts about GR, discussed in detail elsewhere on this site indicate the following picture:

In the 7D Schwarzschild Two/ Sphere SRT/ GR/ Planck Realm universe, the dual Photonic and Singular antipodes of the universe surround us at 360 Degrees. Their relation to us in scale, and the vastness of the space and time we observe, is an illusion caused by our proximity to the universal abyss.

We cannot see universal singularity. We can only infer its presence as we see various energy densities interacting on 4D event horizon surfaces, a fraction of a second in proper time before everything bounces and rebounds. By remotely observing the collapsing "hemisphere" (my desk) from the expanding Photonic "hemisphere", (The "free" yet omnipresent electromagnetic energy entering my eyes, and my inversely mapped, superposed antimatter body in the other hemisphere), I am treated to the experience of a material, particulate existence in space and cosmological time.

We humans collectively, sharing similar frames, experience the universe as we know it...together, via our superposed antimatter side. We observe our matter bodies as everything else, from a remote frame, and as we do, the slow moving, time dilated reality we understand comes into focus- starting with a zygote and ending with what we observe (in others only) as the dissolution of death.

Where is this extra mass?...the other side of this dual cosmos? The answer lies in an understanding of the geometry of the universe, and correct methods of measurement. Jan Oort in the 1930's did extensive calculations of the mass and movements of the arm of the spiral galaxy we inhabit, and found that to properly account for its present motions, more than twice the matter immediately observable was required. Since then, even more extensive calculations have been done, and all fit very well with a dual Schwarzschild universe composed of positive and negative baryonic matter, dark matter/ antimatter and microscopic singularity ("dark energy"). (See mathematical calculations on this site).

One of the effects of our closeness to the universal mass, and the way we observe the universe, is that the massive, expanding photonic antipode and the collapsing singular antipode seem distant in created space and time. The Photonic antipode "particulates", just as the rest of our 4D reality and becomes Photons, "free" energy, temperature, (The CBR) and according to the formula E=mc squared, matter. Even a casual glance at the details of atomic structure indicates there is no real stability there- a confirmation of this models veracity.

Our reality only SEEMS stable because of the way we observe it- in extreme time dilation. Yet the whole universe is so tightly bound, intimately related, and totally connected, eternal stability is created within this rapid cosmic pulsation in proper time. As in an automobile engine, each event happens periodically; over and over again, at a prescribed, invariant place and time (frame of reference) within the system.

Best wishes,
