Appendix B: Further Development
Introduction
Following this brief introduction is a list of responses by the author to a variety of papers describing alternative cosmological concepts. The papers were submitted by lay people, educators, physicists and astrophysicists. Some of the concepts are highly original ideas, while others tender ideas of classical vintage with some new and interesting twist.
At the time the author wrote these responses, by invitation from the University of North Carolina, it was understood that there would be no attempt to be critical of the concepts. Alternative ideas have been a source of new knowledge and the advances of science in the past.
Rather, the responses were designed to comment constructively on each author's contribution, while developing certain aspects of the 7-D General Relativity Cosmology at the same time. Since higher dimensional concepts of cosmological reality are "cutting edge" science bordering on the alternative, it seemed appropriate to answer alternative ideas by simultaneously developing yet another alternative concept!
This is not to say that the 7-D General Relativity concept is without powerful supporters in the field of science, in fact support by professional scientists for a universe in more than 4-D is growing rapidly. The most well known developer of the dual universe model is none other than Stephen Hawking! Hosts of other professionals are also coming to the conclusion that the General Relativity Cosmology in a foundational 7 dimensions may be the model called for by a mountain of accumulating experimental evidence.
If you are curious about the universe and like to read, you are about to have the time of your life!
What follows may involve some repetition and duplication of concepts. However, as the reader spatially accompanies the author through the rooms, over the functions and along the dimensions of the 7-D and up General Relativity universe, he or she will find that a sudden turn will be made. After that turn, the reader will understand the meaning of the story line: "To go where no man has gone before". Of course, what is on this site is not science fiction, it is stranger than science fiction ...it is with a very high degree of certainty- reality!
The 7-D General Relativity cosmology is a story of intermittent eternal life with progressive, gradual change. It is a story of single direction time flow, yet time reversal. It is a story of "olding" and "younging", and of "movement" which is illusory. It is a story of time travel called "birth" and "death". It is a story of the development, evolution and permanence of incredible intelligence. It is the story of the technological achievements of that intelligent consciousness.
It is the story of the almost infinitely small encompassing the universe, and the story of everything in half the universe becoming nothing, everywhere simultaneously. It is the story of a will to live which not only conquers but transcends death; a struggle against chaos which is not only victorious, but more than victorious. It is a story about a universe with a place for everything and where everything is in its place. It is a universe where the insignificant can be all important, and the important may be dispensable. It is a story about respect for individuality, the need for tolerance and the relevance of each persons point of view. It is OUR story ...our one song ...our universe.
