Hi Sam

Thanks for your email about my paper(s). The crucial aspect of my tired-light theory is that a geodesic bundle is focussed by the matter through which it passes. That is with positive matter its cross-section gets smaller and hence any properties that depend on its lateral extent may be altered. In my cosmological model the space-time metric is the same (assuming homogenity) everwhere, there is no change as we go to distant objects. I look forward to your comments
